We don't accept returns or exchanges

All sales are final, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

Returns and exchange details

Because all of our items are personalized, returns are not accepted unless 3BratzCreations is at fault. We will be more than happy to work with you, so if you have any issues or concerns please feel free to contact us! Refunds on customized items will not be given. If you would like to make any changes on your order you're more than welcomed to do so.3BratzCreations will not be held responsible for errors that were included in the submitted wording from the client and therefore refunds will not be given due to such errors. Unless the seller is at fault, the cost of shipping the items back to 3BratzCreations is the buyer's responsibility and only the cost of the product will be refunded once the items are returned (no postage or handling fees will be refunded).
